When will my order ship?
Preorders ship late June 2026. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Do charms really work across all the bases?
Yes — every single charm works on every CharmyKidz™ base. Buy charms once with your headband, then use those same charms on a claw clip or bow you add later. That's the whole point.
Are charms included with the base?
No — bases and charms are sold separately so you can build exactly the combo you want. Charms come as singles ($5), premade themed 7-packs ($30), or Build Your Own in a 3-pack ($18) or 7-pack ($30). We recommend the Starter Bundle if you want everything in one go.
What sizes do the headbands and claw clips come in?
CharmyBandz™ comes in Kids ($22) and Adult ($24) — you'll choose your size on the product page. CharmyClawz™ comes in Regular and XL, also selectable at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please reach out to hello@charmykidz.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before fulfillment begins.
Why does the site say "minor variations may occur"?
Because you're getting a founding preorder — one of the first units ever made. The product is real and ready, but as we finalize production details, small things like exact color shades or finish may vary slightly from what's shown. Nothing that affects how it works.
What is CharmyKidz™ made of?
Bases are made from durable plastic. CharmyBowz™ is fabric. Charms are lightweight, colorful, and designed to stay put — secured by a patent-pending snap-in design.
