Welcome to CharmyKidz! These terms govern your use of our website and any purchases you make. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us

CharmyKidz LLC ("we," "us," or "our") sells interchangeable hair accessories including headbands, clips, claw clips, and bows. Our products and designs are protected under pending patent and trademark applications.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or decline that order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though any change won't affect an order you've already placed and had confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments at the time of purchase. You're responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Preorders

Some products may be offered as preorders, meaning they haven't shipped yet at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are our best projection based on production and shipping timelines, not a guarantee. We'll keep you updated if timelines shift.

Shipping

We currently offer flat-rate shipping as noted at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, since once your order leaves our hands it's in the carrier's care. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once we hand the order to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

Because this is a limited-edition Founder's Pre-Order Drop, every item is custom-produced based on exact order counts. For this reason, all preorders are final sale and non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to hello@charmykidz.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Product Safety

Our kids' headbands are designed for children ages 5 and up. All other products, including our claw clips, barrettes, and bows, are designed for and marketed to teens and adults, and are not intended for use by young children. Some products contain small parts. Products should be used under adult supervision when used by children, and kept away from children under 3 due to choking hazard. Always follow the care and usage guidance provided with your order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, photography, logos, and copy, is the property of CharmyKidz LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Our interchangeable charm system is covered under a pending utility patent application. Our name and branding are covered under pending trademark applications.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation, or to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our products or designs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CharmyKidz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the amount you paid for your order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
